Use Render Simple before launch and help decide what we build
We are choosing four firms to use Render Simple before launch. You use it on real projects at a discounted rate, tell us what works, and we build it around how your firm presents plans.
Places before launch. The beta starts January 2027.
- Civil or site engineering firms: 2 places
- 5 to 50 staff, presentation site plans every month
- Landscape architecture firms: 2 places
- 2 to 25 staff, rendered plans for clients and boards
A discounted rate through the beta, and a 30-minute call with the team every two weeks.

Check what applies to your firm
The program is for firms that make presentation plans often and spend hours on each one.
What you get, and what we ask
Design partners get a discounted rate and a say in what the product does at launch.
What you get
- A design partner rate
- Render real projects at a discounted rate from the start of the beta.
- Presets based on your standards
- Show us how your firm colors a plan, and we build the styles and presets from it.
- Direct access to the team
- You meet with the people building it every two weeks, and your feedback decides what we build next.
- Private plans
- Your plans stay private to your firm. We use them to improve the AI only with your consent.
What we ask
- 15 or more real plans, with consent to use them to improve the AI
- 2How long a rendering takes you today
- 3A 30-minute feedback call every two weeks
- 4A yes or no on a paid plan at launch
What your team will use
Through the beta, partners render their own plans at the same sheet size and scale as the drawing they upload. Drag the cut to compare.
How to join, and what happens next
This week
Intro call
Book a 30-minute intro call. Bring one black-and-white vector PDF, ideally one you have rendered before. We render it live, and you hear on the call whether a place is open.
Before January
Kickoff
Send 5 or more past plans. We run them through Render Simple and walk through the results with you, next to how you rendered them.
January 2027
Beta on live projects
Your team uses Render Simple on real work. Every two weeks we hold a 30-minute call to review what worked and what to build next.
February 2027
Launch
Paid plans open to everyone. You decide whether your firm stays on a plan.
Questions from partner firms
- Does it cost anything?
- Yes, at a discounted design partner rate. Like every new account, yours starts with two free renders.
- How much time does it take?
- About 30 minutes every two weeks for a feedback call, plus the renderings you would be making anyway. The kickoff needs a few past plans and one conversation.
- Are we committing to anything after the beta?
- No. We ask for a clear yes or no on a paid plan at launch, so we know whether we built the right thing. A no is useful too.
- What happens to our plans?
- They stay private to your firm. As a design partner you agree to let us use the plans you send to improve the AI, which is how the beta gets better for your kind of work.
- Why only four firms?
- So we can work closely with each firm. Two civil or site engineering firms and two landscape architecture firms cover the two main ways plans are drawn and presented.
- What if the beta does not work for our plans?
- Tell us early. Partner feedback decides what we fix first, and you are not committed past the beta.
