Paid plans begin at launch in February 2027. Prices in US dollars. Premium adds shadows, layered trees, refined materials and a layered PSD.

What would it cost your firm?

Pick the firm closest to yours, then adjust the sliders. You will see the plan that fits and what you save compared with rendering in CAD.

Start from a firm like yours

6

Hatching and coloring one plan in CAD takes 3 to 4 hours, which is why many firms render only a few a month.

2

Only the people who create renderings count. Everyone you share with views for free.

$60

US civil engineers average about $75 an hour with benefits, landscape architects about $61 (BLS 2025).

Estimate only. Today assumes 3.5 hours to hatch and color one plan in CAD, the middle of the 3 to 4 hours civil teams told us. Photoshop takes 3 to 6 hours (Tony Textures) and outside studios charge $149 to $1,000 a plan (2D3D Floor Plan Company, Maverick Frame), so if you render those ways you save more. Render Simple figures include about 15 minutes of review and edits per rendering.

What counts as a render

You pay for finished renderings. There are no credits or tokens to track.

In
One sheet: a single page of the vector PDF you export from CAD.
Out
One rendering of that sheet, as PNG and PDF at the same size and scale. Premium adds a layered PSD.
Level
Standard is included. Premium is $25 more on Studio and Firm, or $175 as a single order.
Each month
Studio and Firm include a set number of renders. Unused renders roll over for one month; extra renders use your plan’s extra-render price.

Pricing questions

Why do plans include users instead of charging per seat?
Only the people who make renderings count as users, and at most firms that is a few people. Everyone you share a rendering with views it for free.
What if we need more renders than our plan includes?
Extra renders are billed at your plan’s extra-render price: $39 on Studio and $35 on Firm. Unused renders roll over for one month.
Which plan should we start with?
If you render about once a month, pay per render. From two renderings a month, Studio costs the same or less. From about 20 a month, or with more than five people making renderings, Firm is the better fit. Use the calculator above to check your numbers.
Do you use our plans to train the AI?
Only if you say yes. Your plans stay private to your firm, and we never use a plan to improve the AI without your permission.
Can we try it before we pay?
Yes. Every new account starts with two free renders, one time. After that you pay per render or through a plan.
When can we buy?
Paid plans start at launch in February 2027. Design partner firms get a discounted rate before then.
