Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between your firm and Render Simple [LLC, legal name to confirm] for use of the Render Simple website and product. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your firm.

Your account

• The person who creates the account must be allowed to accept these terms for the firm.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your firm’s account.
• Each plan includes a set number of users. Only people who make renderings count as users; viewers are free.

Your plans and renderings

• You keep all rights to the plans you upload and to the renderings made from them.
• You give Render Simple permission to process your plans only to provide the service to you.
• We use a plan to improve the AI only with your firm’s permission, as described in the privacy policy.
• Only upload plans you have the right to use. You are responsible for getting any client permission your projects require.

Renderings are illustrations

Renderings are presentation graphics. They are not engineering, survey or construction documents. Review every rendering before you use it, and check that areas, labels and linework are shown correctly. Your stamped and sealed drawings remain the record.

Free renders, plans and payment

• Every new account gets two free renders, one time. After that, renders are paid per render or through a plan.
• Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Unused included renders roll over for one month.
• Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes. [Refund terms to confirm.]
• Design partner pricing is set out in the design partner agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use Render Simple to break the law, to upload material you have no right to share, to try to reach other firms’ data, or to copy, resell or reverse engineer the product.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Render Simple running, but we do not promise it will be available at all times. We may change features; if a change removes something your plan depends on, we will tell account owners in advance.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. After cancellation, you can download your files for [30 days, to confirm].

Limits of liability
